If you made the payment at an ATM and didn't receive a deposit slip, immediately contact the bank whose ATM you were using to deposit the money. The telephone number and the Machine Identification Number will be displayed on the ATM. In case it is ENBD bank. Kindly fill out the attached cash deposit failure form, and get it stamped and signed by ENBD and sent back for tracing. Also mention the Service Request (SR No.) issued by the bank, on the form.
Once the bank provides you with alternative supporting documentation, please raise a Top-Up request on Payport system so that we can update your account.
