Please follow the below procedure to have the amount returned to your account:


  • Lodge a formal request to your bank to reverse the remittance.
  • Our bank will contact us to confirm the request.
  • If the amount has already been credited to your agency’s reservations account, the amount will be deducted from your available balance, subject to a sufficient balance being maintained.
  • If there are no funds available in your account, the request to refund the amount will be rejected.
  • If sufficient funds are available, flydubai will instruct its bank to return the money.


Please note that the refund process can take around 25 days; unfortunately, this is not within flydubai’s control.
