A Top-Up is the process by which flydubai provides a credit limit to Travel Agencies so that they are able to sell flydubai tickets.
It works like a prepaid mobile telephone service. A Travel Agent can issue tickets until their balance reaches zero. Before a Travel Agent is able to issue more tickets, they must top up their account.
The Top-Up process involves the following steps:

A Travel Agent makes a payment to one of flydubai’s designated bank accounts.

flydubai verifies the amount deposited in the bank account.

The Travel Agent’s account is then updated with this credit amount.
