When your child agents create Top-Up Requests for payments they make to your Travel Agency, you can choose to be automatically notified by email as soon as the Top-Up Request has been raised.
To be notified, you can update the email addresses for such transactions, by following the steps below:
1. After you login, go to the Dashboard.
2. Click on Administrator Console link on the side menu.
3. Click on "My Agency" found under the "Travel Partners" section. This will redirect you to the page where details about your agency can be updated.
4. Scroll down to the section with the heading: "Internal Notification for Top-Ups processed for Sub-Agencies"
5. You may either enter a single email address, or a set of email addresses separated by commas.
6. Once you are done, click the "Update" button found at the bottom of the screen.
