To reset your password by following the steps below:
1. Visit the PayPort Application.
2. Click on Forgot password?
3. You will be redirected to the page for resetting your password. Enter your Login Name and the registered Email address.
4. Click on the Submit button.
5. If the entered details are valid, the following confirmation message will be displayed.
6. Click on the OK button.
7. An email will be sent to the registered email address and will contain a temporary password.
8. Click on the link in the email or open the payport website.
9. Enter the Username and
10. Enter the Username and the temporary password that you received in the email.
11. Click the Login button.
12. You will be redirected to the page where you will be prompted to change the password.
13. Enter the temporary password in the field "Current password", and enter a new password of your choice.
14. Once completed, click the Update Password button.
