To process your Top-Up we require proof that the payment has been made to flydubai. Any of the following will be accepted as proof:

SWIFT message from your bank

Cheque deposit slip

Cash deposit slip

ATM deposit slip

Bank transfer acknowledgement

Exchange rate conversion slips
The document should be clear and easy to read, showing the bank name and the account number in which the money has been deposited. If supporting documents are not submitted, the Top-Up will not be credited to the Travel Agency account.
