If you are a passenger looking for receipt for a ticket you have purchased, please write to letstalk@flydubai.com.


The documentation provided by our bank is effectively a receipt for the money paid to flydubai. However, once your top-up is processed in Payport, a receipt will automatically be sent to the following email addresses:

  1. Your Agency's registered email address
  2. Email Address of the user who raised the Top-Up Request on Payport
  3. All email addresses in the "Alternative Email Address(es)" field of the Top-Up Request
