To reset your password, follow the steps below:
1. Visit the TA Portal website.
2. Click on Forgot password?
3. You will be redirected to the page for resetting your password. Enter your Username and the registered Email address.
4. Click on the Reset Password button.
5. An email will be sent to the registered email address and will contain a temporary password.
Note: This email could take up to 30 minutes to reach you.
6. Click on the link in the email or open the TA Portal website.
7. Enter the Username and the temporary password that you received in the email.
8. Click the Login button.
9. You will be redirected to the page where you will be prompted to change the password.
10. Enter the temporary password in the field "Current password", and enter a new password of your choice.
11. Once completed, click the Save Changes button.
