If we receive a request after normal working hours, our system will acknowledge your request and issue a Service Request Number. However, it will only be processed on the following working day.



For Agents who remit funds in the following Currencies (AED, USD, and INR), a virtual bank account number is issued to you. When you remit funds to the virtual bank account details shared, you do not need to share a copy of the payment proof or raise a Top-Up Request anymore. Our systems will automatically credit your account as soon as we receive the funds in the bank. You will be notified by email when the transaction is processed. This process works 24 hours a day.
